Good hex dumbbells
Needed some new Hex Dumbbells and Tru Grit had a good price. They feel sturdy, definitely better than the cheap ones I had before. Shipping took about a week to get to me, which was fine. Assembly for the rack was easy enough, just a few bolts. Happy with the purchase overall, no complaints really.
Decent power rack, some issues
I picked up one of their Power Racks a few weeks ago for my garage gym. The steel feels really heavy-duty, which is good for the price point. Assembly was a bit of a pain though; some of the holes didn't line up perfectly, so I had to muscle it a bit to get the bolts through. It took my buddy and me about an hour and a half to set up. Once it was together, it's been solid, no wobble during squats or bench. Delivery was fairly quick, arrived in 5 days, but the box was pretty beat up on one corner, though the equipment inside was fine. Overall, it's a good value, but they could improve the manufacturing tolerances for easier assembly.
Consistent quality, fast delivery
I ordered another set of their Elite Dumbbells, 25s this time, to round out my home gym. Just like my previous orders, the quality is solid, and they feel great. Shipping was quick too; they arrived in about 4 days, which is pretty standard for them. It's why I keep coming back.
